10. Risk and Ownership

Risk transfers once the order has been delivered to the specified address.

 

11. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide details and, where possible, photos

We will assess and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
