1. Overview
We want Responsibly to be a simple, reliable experience for your team.
If something isn’t right, we’ll always aim to resolve it quickly and fairly.
2. Subscriptions
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellations must be made before your next billing date

If you cancel after a payment has been taken, that delivery will still go ahead
You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Pausing your subscription
If your team won’t be using a delivery (e.g. holidays, quieter periods), you can request to pause.

3. Pilot / First Orders
For pilot or first-time orders:

These are treated as one-off purchases with no ongoing commitment

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been prepared or dispatched
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help.
4. Refunds
We do not typically offer refunds once an order has been dispatched.
However, we will provide a refund or replacement where:

Your order arrives damaged

Items are missing

There is a clear issue with quality
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If there is a problem with your order:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order details and, where possible, photos
We will assess the issue and offer:

or a full refund (where appropriate)
6. Returns
Due to the nature of our products:

We do not require returns of damaged goods

Returns are generally not accepted unless agreed in advance
7. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived as expected:

We are not responsible for delays caused by external delivery providers, but we will always help resolve issues where possible.
